1 مقاله پژوهشي دوره 41 شماره 2 تابستان )77-38( 69 عوامل مؤثر بر اهداي خون دركرمان طي سالهاي 8811 تا 8812 سلمان دانشي 4 حسين مولوي وردنجاني 2 فاطمه جهانگيريمهر 8 عصمت رضا بيگي داوراني چكيده سابقه و هدف امروزه مصرف خون و فرآوردههاي خوني افزايش يافته است بنابراين به موازات آن بايد تعدداد اهدانننددنان خون نيز افزايش يابد هدف اين مطالعه تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر اهداي خون در شهرستان نرمان بود. مواد و روشها اين مطالعه به صورت آيندهنگر بر روي 2242 داوطلب اهداي خون نه براي اولين بدار جهدت اهددا در سدا 4833 مراجعه نرده بودند و تا پايان سا 4862 به منظور بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر اهداي خون مورد پدينيدري قرار نرفتند انجام شد. سپس با استفاده از آزمونهاي كايدو و t و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 24 مورد آناليز قرار نرفتند. يافتهها از مجموع نمونههاي مورد مطالعه %88/7 %02 و %49/2 به ترتيب اهدانننده بار او با سابقه و مستمر بودند. ميانگين و انحراف معيار طو مدت اهداي خون بر حسب ماه و تعداد دفعات اهداي خون در ايدن مددت بده ترتيب برابر با 80/46 ± 22/72 و 0/89 ± 8/36 بود. در اين مطالعه بين سن سطح تحصيالت و مسدتمر شددن جهت اهداي خون ارتباط آماري معناداري وجود داشت( )p= 2/28 ولي در ساير متغيرها ارتباط معنادار نبود. نتيجه گيري با توجه به معنادار شدن اثر تحصيالت باال سن باال و وضعيت تاهل در مستمر شدن اهداي خون نياز است نه اين نروه ها جهت تبديل شدن به اهداكنندنان مستمر بيشتر مد نظر قرار نيرند و آموزش و فرهنگسازي الزم و هم چنين تشويقهايي جهت تداوم رفتار اهداي خون در اين نروهها انجام شود. كلمات كليدي : اهداي خون آموزش داوطلبان ايران MPH 1

The aim of this study was to analyze the determinants of blood donation in the city of Kerman. Materials and Methods This is a prospective study in which 2010 new first time voluntary blood donors having referred to Kerman Blood Center in the year 2009 participated; they were evaluated for the factors effective on the blood donation attempt from then until Then, the statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software version 21. Results Out of the total number of participants, 50.1%, 33.7% and 16.2% were first-time, experienced, and regular donors, respectively. The mean and the standard deviation of the duration of blood donation attempts in monthly intervals and the frequency of blood donation attempts within the same period were ± and 5.36 ± 3.89, respectively. The correlation between the age and the level of education of blood donors and regular blood donation was statistically significant (p < 0.05), but there was no significance among other variables (p > 0.0.5). Conclusions Given the significant effect of high level education status, high age, and the marital status on the regular blood donation, it is imperative for the groups with these attributes to be considered for being changed into regular blood donors; the necessary education and culture promoting efforts should be made together with adequate praising measures to assure the continuing of regular blood donors.
